Phil Wainewright; one of the Enterprise Irregulars over on the ZDNet Software as a Services Blog, broke off the wire Monday morning that the NetSuite IPO is set to price next week.
The NetSuite IPO will be in auction-style format ala Google and will be available to individual investors via W.R. Hambrecht or E*Trade Securities.
The IPO is expected to raise upwards of 99 million and I think this offering will give all a good indication of the health of the On Demand & Enterprise 2.0 markets as a whole.

Collanos; a Swiss based firm with offices in San Francisco; recently released version 1.2 of its collaboration solution called Collanos Workplace.
Workplace is designed for smaller teams that need a server less (Peer to Peer) cross platform collaboration tool. It’s features include file sharing, instant messaging and a soon to be released VOIP component.

Workplace 1.2 does not have a server side component and this may limit its usefulness today as a true enterprise 2.0 tool but it has proven to be popular for small teams that need to quickly implement a collaboration solution.
Collanos business model is to offer Workplace as free download and to sell premium services (such as Voip) for sites and users who need additional functionality.
