Oracle announced 2 new Enterprise 2.0 products at Oracle Open World, Sales Campaigns and Sales Library. These products round out Oracle’s Social CRM offerings and compete directly with a few On Demand sales solutions now in the market.
SAP utilizing Innocentive to get leg up in Social Networking
SAP’s recently announced its partnership with Innocentive at the recent SAP TechEd conference in Las Vegas. SAP has created an ideation to create social networking for Enterprise Applications. Will be interesting to see if other software companies follow SAP’s lead in sourcing new ideas
